Shen Chao Yang, the Graceful Guardian - Chris N [MISSING]
A relative newcomer to the Chrysanthemum order, Chao-Yang works as a retainer to Three Laughing Sparrows of the Imperial Record Keepers. He is often considered eccentric and whimsical by those who interact with him with any regularity, (usually Sparrows’ contemporaries.). However, anyone who’s witnessed his field work, usually guarding Sparrows as she investigates various reports, will note that he is surprisingly competent given his personality and comes through when it matters.
