New Moon (as he prefers to be called) is clearly southern, but has gained great esteem in the Empire. His gardens are a sight to behold, and he allows any who wish to wander through the public areas. There is a walled private garden to which no-one but New Moon is allowed access, and rumour abound throughout the capital as to what may be inside. He is also an accomplished healer, and tales are told about how he was raised into the Companions after curing the Emperor of a disease that had ravaged his body, and befuddled the greatest of the Empire's medics.
